- It costs $100 per month, plus $25 per participating employee per month. There are no setup fees, hidden fees, or long-term contracts, and you can cancel anytime.
- What health insurance plans can employees choose with an ICHRA?
- Employees choose the individual health plan that's right for them. They can shop from dozens of national and regional insurance carriers available in their area. That means employees can choose the doctors, hospitals, networks, and monthly premiums that best fit their needs while employers simply provide a tax-free monthly allowance.
- How does it work?
- Our ICHRA platform handles plan administration, compliance, employee onboarding, reimbursements, and ongoing support. Employees can shop on or off the Marketplace within their portal, and licensed shopping specialists are available if they'd like help choosing a plan.
